In addition to his position as General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist with the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien also serves patients in private practice as a psychotherapist. He treats patients both individually or as a part of group or family when that becomes necessary and he is also highly regarded as an expert on issues such as depression, anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorders.

By now, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien has more than 30 years’ experience as a psychiatrist. He is a member of the British Medical Association and the Royal College of Psychiatrists and he is also registered with the General Medical Council. His extensive research into the best ways to address mental and physical problems in a far more multidimensional, and even spiritual, way has been what has made him one of the best. By looking for ways that patients can use mind and body to heal more completely, his practice has become more holistic in nature in recent years, which seems to have helped his patients significantly.

Dr. Pablo Jeczmien: Mind and Body Work Together

For a great many years, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien took a more traditional approach to medicine and psychiatry. A psychiatrist for 30 years, his career took him to a position in which his responsibilities including teaching at medical schools and managing psychiatric staffs. However, something in him changed several years ago and he decided he wanted to study Anthroposophical Medicine and Anthroposophical Psychotherapy so that he could discover a lot more information about the interactions between the mind and the body and perhaps discover ways to use that for more effective clinical practice.

This is no small thing. Dr. Jeczmien is a respected member of the British Medical Association and the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and he is also registered with the General Medical Council. In addition to his acknowledged expertise in treating psychosis and personality disorders, he is also considered an expert with regard to depression, anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorders. What is different now, though, is that all of his more recent personal and professional development has led Dr. Pablo Jeczmien to address mental and physical problems from a different angle, one that is more complex and even spiritual. He believes that the nexus between mind and body can lead to better healing when addressed in an holistic psychotherapeutic approach.
